As part of the ‘Caveat Emptor‘ re-cover/re-launch I posted the book on NetGalley for a month. Positive results are already drifting in, including this excellent video review by David Royce over at Horror Reads.

I especially like his assessment ‘This is not really a haunted house, but it is a house that is haunted.’ What a brilliant way to sum the story up. The influences of writers like the late, great James Herbert (who lived and is buried 76 miles from me) on my own work weren’t lost on him, either. Clearly, a man who knows his horror fiction.
